If can accept the torelance 0.5-1mm comparied with your printing area, just buy it. 2. Doube Sided Build Plate for stock glass plate: One is a smooth PEO printing bed surface(*Do Not Sand on the sheet*), the underside of the printed model is smooth and the model is easy to remove and clean. The other side is PEI frosted bed surface, the textured surface presents a distinctive frosted touch, provides higher adhesion for the model and pressure without warping. Come with a magentic sticker. Dual sides can be used, more effective. Two completely different experience on one plate. 3. Solution for Great First Layer Adhesion: !!!Do Not Sand on the PEO Surface. Setting an Appropriate Z off Value is VERY important. If too low, no 3d printing material extrusion or filament buildup. Too high, the prints come off the build plate. For prusa MK3 smooth PEO sheet , Z off value is -0.945, can firmly stick. Key factors: Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow Down the speed to 10-25mm/s. Keep a clean buildplate, a roll of dry filament or add hems also help for a good first layer. 4. Easy to use: Peel off the back paper on magentic base and stick it to the heated bed, then align the steel plate on the base. Both sides can be used. After installing, please keep your heat bed level. Please mind the distance between nozzle and surface to avoid scratching it. When completed printing, please let the steel plate cool down, easy to remove. 5. Kind Tips: Do not sand on this PEO plate!
