Product Details

Victorian style small rim latch ideal for narrow French doors and exterior screen doors Black powder coating. Robust iron construction Projection- 3/4" Height - 2 1/8", Width- 3 1/8", Backset: 1 1/2" Includes installation hardware such as high quality screws (1 extra). Porcelain knobs are not included, but can be ordered through us on Amazon.com (B00CR78SSA, B00CY8RM0W). Easy to install. For fixing screws on any wooden surface, mark and drill pilot holes with a drill bit appropriate for the mounting hardware. Put a drop of oil on the screw tip, insert and tighten the screw. Do not over torque the screw as it may break. If the item is being fixed on a hard surface, a wall anchor may be required. These are available at hardware stores.
